Countless hours were clearly invested in assembling this complete set of Perez-Steele Hall of Fame postcards. One collector is responsible for gathering these in-person signatures, making up one of the finest signed sets we have ever seen. There are signatures on all that could have possibly been signed with the exception of two-Satchel Paige and Lloyd Waner cards. All the others are here and signed. And of those, 28 are slabbed (most by PSA). The postcards are in NRMT condition with the signatures averaging 8-9/10.
