Perhaps the most beloved player in Boston Red Sox history is the man known as "Yaz," with Carl Yastrzemski having played all of his 23 Major League seasons in Beantown. This game used Louisville Slugger was obtained directly from the Sox slugger by a fan who attended a game against the White Sox in Chicago. Comes with ticket from the game dated March 8th 1968. Also comes with snapshots taken that day (9). The bat is cracked, but is glued to one piece, measures 34.5" in length and weighs 35 oz. From 1968, this is one of the nicer Yaz specimens you will see AND it comes with provenance placing it in his batter's hand. Also comes with roster with six signatures, including Reggie Smith and Dick Williams.
