Orville Wright, along with his brother Wilbur, were American aviation pioneers, inventing the first successful airplane and manning the first successful flight. The younger brother signed this special envelope commemorating 1928 as the 25th anniversary of the First Flight. The front presents as EX-MT but has some tears on reverse from opening. Wright's signature is in black fountain pen, and it is also signed by B.B. Lipsner, known as the Father of US Air Mail. The story of the cover is printed on the reverse. There's also a Time Magazine from December 3, 1928 with Orville Wright on the cover.
