Long before Baby Ruth jackets were spotted along the tracks of NASCAR, the Curtiss candy company issued these jackets to promote their popular candy bar, presumably to concessionaires or ushers. The white linen jacket features red stitching, including the name "BABY RUTH" on both upper arms and "BABY RUTH CANDY" on the back. There are two yellowish lapel buttons and three pockets on the front, perhaps once stuffed with candy. The jacket shows some smudges and markings, but otherwise is in EX condition. A pretty rare piece of Americana that makes for a cool conversation piece.
