It's not often you come come across a single signed baseball from Hall of Fame outfielder Fred Clarke, who was player-manager for four of the Pittsburgh Pirates' nine pennants back at the turn of the 20th Century. A large "Fred C. Clarke" signature on a side panel distinguishes this rare ball, rating 7.5/10 in black ink. The ball is protected by shellac, which has turned it a yellowish color. It comes with the original return address (signed by Clarke) portion of the parcel in which the ball was returned to the owner. JSA LOA included.
