This Rawlings glove used by the veteran infielder from the 1930s shows terrific use and was most likely on Rabbit's hand for several of his 11 big-league seasons. There are vintage repairs to the back of the fingers and in the pocket. The lot includes a large photo of Warstler using what appears to be this very glove while playing for the Indians (minor league) in 1930, just prior to his call-up. Once he made his debut for the 1930 Boston Red Sox, Warstler was a fixture up the middle for the Sox, Philadelphia A's, Boston Bees and Chicago Cubs, with whom he finished his career in 1940.
