Hall of Fame defensive tackle Charles "Mean Joe" Greene earned this dazzling ring from the first of his four Super Bowl championships with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who defeated the Minnesota Vikings, 16-6 at Tulane Stadium on January 12, 1975. The 10 karat gold ring features a diamond on the face. Encircling that are the words "PITTSBURGH STEELERS WORLD CHAMPIONS." Greene's name and the Steelers' logo are on one panel above the year "'75," while the opposite panel reads: "SUPER BOWL IX" atop the Lombardi Trophy and the team's three postseason scores. Greene's fame reached new heights in 1979 after tossing his jersey to a kid who offered him a soft drink in a famous TV commercial. Size 10.5.
