In 1946, Bob Feller organized the first barnstorming tour to use airplanes to travel from site to site. For his team, he recruited all-stars from both major leagues. As his main opponent, he asked Satchel Paige to head a team of Negro league all-stars. Although the program is undated, it is scored in pencil. In this particular game, Feller's All-Stars included Johnny Berardino, Mickey Vernon, Stan Musial, Charley Keller, Ken Keltner, Jeff Heath, Sam Chapman, Rollie Helmsley, Frankie Haynes, Bob Lemon, and Bob Feller. Page’s All-Stars included a line-up of players not printed in the program: Williams, Hyde, Stone, Hoskins, Nelson, Steele, Moody, Neal, Haywood, McDaniels and Page. VG-EX condition.
