This all-original road jersey from Hall of Fame catcher Carlton Fisk has "SOX" sewn in white on the front and "FISK" sewn directly on to the back with number 72 below. There is a Medalist Sand-Knit size 48 tag on the front tail along with the White Sox exclusive tag. A strip tag sewn on the inside tail has "82 FISK 48T" on it and "2" flag tag attached. There's nice use here and is signed in 7/10 black Sharpie on the back: "Carlton Fisk, 82 G".
The man nicknamed "Pudge" played his entire, 23-year career with the Red Sox and White Sox, making 11 All-Star teams. At the time of his retirement in 1993, no player had ever caught more games or hit more home runs at his position.
