From the days of the NFL's infancy comes this very rare relic - a small porcelain sign that hung at the press box of either University of Detroit Stadium (1934-37) or Navin Stadium (later named Tiger Stadium 1938-1939). This is one of the earliest and finest we have come across and is in EX condition. The franchise moved to Detroit in 1934 after having spent its first six seasons as the Portsmouth Spartans in Ohio.
