The St. Louis Blues were added to the NHL in the 1967 expansion, and these eight programs and two magazines were collected in the earliest days of the organization. They date from the 1967-1968 season through the 1970 and include playoffs and Stanley Cup finals programs. Capitalizing on a playoff format that required an expansion team to make it to the Stanley Cup Finals, the Blues reached the final round each of their first three seasons, though they were swept first by the Montreal Canadiens in 1968 and 1969 and then by the Boston Bruins in 1970.
