This 8.5x11" Sporting News Baseball Questionnaire has been typewritten by Hall of Famer Joe Tinker, who helped the Chicago Cubs get to the World Series four times, winning in 1907 and 1908. Tinker has added handwritten notes in some areas, and has signed at the bottom of the questionnaire in black fountain ink, which grades an 8/10. The document has just a few defects, with tape stains at the top and small creases. Three horizontal mailing folds can be seen. The date at the top reads, "April 4, 1942".
