Pitcher Johnny Klippstein spent the baseball seasons from 1964 through 1966 playing for the Minnesota Twins, and wore this gray button-front flannel jersey during 1966, his final year with the Twins. Great-looking jersey showing nice game use. It has "Twins" across the front and Klippstein's number "27" on the back in navy on red tackle twill. There is a Spalding size 44 label sewn on the left front tail, with Klippstein's name, number, size and the year (66) stitched onto the tail below the label in navy thread. A wash label and a "Set 1 1966" flag tag appears below the navy stitching. There is also a felt patch sewn in the collar with Klippstein's name. A Minnesota Twins patch adorns the left sleeve of this all-original jersey. LOA.
