This lot contains a Billy Sims game used jersey and a team-issued Lions jacket dating from the early 1980s. The jersey has been custom hemmed so that no manufacturer's tags remain. It shows 10 repairs, and the nameplate has been restored. There is a 100% nylon/wash tag inside the lower right seam. The lightweight blue jacket has a zip front and "LIONS" on the back. Collar tagging reads Champion size XL. There is a 20 written in the collar in black marker; our consignor tells us the jacket could have been worn by Billy Sims, Len Barney or Barry Sanders, or simply by someone who worked for the team. Jersey comes with LOA.
