"14" is written in black marker on the knob of this 1977-1979 Jim Rice game-used cracked bat by Hillerich & Bradsby, a Louisville Slugger 125. Loyal Jim played with the Boston Red Sox from '74-'89, and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame just one year ago. The bat is a model B267, measures 36" in length, and weighs 35 oz. Made of ash wood with a flame-burned finish, this bat shows light use with a handle crack. A few ball marks are visible on the barrel, with a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Bat graded a 7.5. PSA/DNA LOA.
