Top reads, "Cleveland City Council" in blue print, and celluloid says, "Cleveland vs. Detroit, July 27, 1904." Back of the circular portion has a black and white photo of an unidentified man. VG with some foxing. In 1904 the Cleveland Naps ranked 4th in the American League, and the Detroit Tigers finished 7th, with pitcher George Mullen having a higher batting average than any of the teams' regulars at .290.
