Notes: This is the only one that we have seen. It is very rare to find the cards and the wrapper is near impossible. Test issue pack is marked 5 cents and has the instructional card glued to the rear flap.
Condition: Some wear and tears at the corner folds, but the color portion of the front of this wrapper is almost perfect.
