Notes: Alternate jersey is all original and has “JAGR” sewn on a name-length nameplate on the back. Jagr’s number 68 appears on the back and both sleeves while the Captain’s “C” is on the left chest. Size 56 tag in the collar and KOHO patch sewn on the back of the neck area. On the size tag is written “68 C 1/27”. The “1/27” commemorates the date that Jagr wore this jersey in a game against Atlanta in which he scored one goal and registered two assists.

Condition: Solid use with black stick marks on the front and both sleeves. Red paint transfer on the right sleeve in the gold stripe. Light pilling in the sleeves and light salt deposits on the fight strap snaps.
