After a shocking loss in the 1906 series, the Chicago Cubs clinched the league title and squared off against the Detroit Tigers in the 1907 World Series. Even with their rising star, Ty Cobb, the Tiger’s were unable to make headway and the Cubs clinched the World Championship in four games. This is the actual program printed to chronicle this series for prosperity. Very presentable condition but there are some flaws such as the scorecard in the center being loose from the staples, some spotting on the cover from being in a scrapbook, some small tears around the edge of the cover, several creases and some glue spots on the back cover. Some of the programs interior pages have separated from the staple but they are all included and for an added treat, the scorecard in the center of the program is completely filled out from the first game which ended in a 3-3 tie giving readers a unique insight into how the series unfolded.
