Hours of fun rummaging through our political history are to be found in this richly diverse collection of political memorabila which runs the gamut. There are more than 25 pieces of correspondence, some letters, many invitations to historic events as the Inauguration of President Reagen, the funeral program for Tip O'Neil, sheet music from the funeral of our martyred president William McKinley. There are also 3 books included, a copy of Impeachment by Irving Brant, The Epic of America by James Truslow Adams, and the bound report of The President's Commission on The Assaination of President Kennedy. There are various golf balls obviously given out as gifts with Presidential and Vice-Presidental seals, there is even a Lady Shick razor given to Dorothy Lamour by President Nixon in a box embossed with the presidential seal. Also, there is gavel of Chairman Henry J. Hyde from the Articles of Impeachment dated December 11 and 12, 1998. As I said hours of entertainment are to be had digging through this treasure trove.
