This is a very exciting collection of 4 5 x 7" images that captures a run by Jackie Robinson from 1st to 2nd base during a 1949 game between the Dodgers and the Cardinals. The photographs are in very good condition with some slight discoloration and minor wrinkling, primarily around the edges of the photographs. It is a unique series of action photographs which not only chronicles the run of one of baseball's most legendary players, but take a good look and you'll see Stan "the Man" Musial holding down the fort on first base!
