Kiwi Scott Dixon, has been racing since before the age of 10 and is well remembered by his New Zealand countrymen emerging from a one-make series wreck at the tender age of 13, with the pillow that helped him see over the steering wheel still strapped to his rear. Now a bit more mature, Dixon has had great success as a CART driver. This Simpson racing suit is from his 2002 season with PacWest Racing. It has many sponsor logos embroidered on the front chest including Toyota motor sports, NTN Bearings, Powerware, & FedEx. Bridgestone is embroidered on the shoulders and Toyota Racing Development, Bosch and Freightliner are on the sleeves. The New Zealand flag and "Scott Dixon" are embroidered on the left thigh. Dixon has signed the suit in black Sharpie with the inscription, "2002 PWR". The suit shows nice use with pilling, grease marks, and oil stains.
