A unique collection of newspaper paste-up boards chronicling the in game action of the University of California's football team. The photographs and paste-ups date from 1936-1950, with the majority of the images dating from 1946 through 1949. The images vary in quality from good to excellent with some creasing and age discoloring as well as editorial enhancements and markings. Some of the original images have become unglued from the paste boards but all of the images are included and can easily be re-glued. This is the perfect lot for any University of California alumni as well as college football fans.
