Just before he shipped off to war, Elvis Presley completed a film that is considered by most critics to be his best, King Creole. In 1959, Presley signed a jacket he wore in the film and donated it for a March of Dimes fundraiser. The jacket itself is a fantastic piece of film and music history. However, it comes framed alongside movie stills showing Elvis wearing the jacket, a typed letter from Elvis' representative thanking the jacket's winner for her support of the March of Dimes, news of Elvis' military service and a DVD version of King Creole, all giving it fine perspective. The jacket is displayed open to show Elvis' name typed on the tagging as well as the mint ball point inscription inside. It reads, "To the March of Dimes, My Best Wishes and May God Bless You Always. Elvis Presley". Framed to 3ft x 5ft. Please note: This is an oversized item that will incur substantial shipping charges. It is available for pickup on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
