The "Ivor" is internationally respected as the premier awards ceremony to reflect the talent of British songwriters and composers. At the eleventh Ivor Novello Awards in 1965, EMI Records Limited was presented this unequalled statue for the Parlaphone recording of "We Can Work It Out." This bronze statuette with plaque on the base stands 11" high and is 2" in diameter at the base. Formerly the property of Len Woods, who was the managing director of EMI throughout the Sixties. The overall condition is very good, paint is worn off wood base. Another stupendous award offered by Leland's.
