Signed by Guy on the back. 4) Framed letter of recognition from the Universal Aide Society. 5) Shadow box framed gold dinner plate presented by the American Academy of Achievement, to "Guy Lafleur" with " The Golden Plate," awarded to "Inspiring Captains of Achievement, 1979."
