Flannel Jersey worn by Fred Newman who played for the Angels from 1962-1967. Tim McAuliffe Size 48 and "68" year tags on the tail. A tag with chain stitched "Newman" appears just below the size tagging. The number "4" on the back has been removed and replace during the era. There is some material loss on edges of the number patches on the back. Probably used by Newman during the 1967 season and 1968 Spring Training. Shows heavy use.
