Golden flames engulf the crown of this silver-plate Hart Memorial Trophy "Presented to the National Hockey League as its Most Valuable Player Award." The star right winger of the Stanley Cup Champion Montreal Canadians finished the 1977-78 regular season with a career-high sixty goals and seventy-two assists for a total of 132 points. His stellar performance brought him all the way to the podium at the NHL Awards Dinner where he was awarded the Hart Memorial Trophy as the league's MVP. A plate attached to the wood base reads "Guy Lafleur, Montreal Canadiens, 1977-78." This example was presented to Guy at a later date, as he did not originally received a miniature in 1978. In excellent condition. Letter of Authenticity signed by Guy Lafleur.
