Coming out of the QMJHL, many hockey pundits were touting Alexandre Daigle
as a "can't miss" superstar, someone who would be an NHL franchise player.
The Ottawa Senators selected Daigle first overall in the 1993 NHL Entry
Draft and he had the statistical background to legitimize the selection.
Spending the better part of five seasons with the Ottawa Senators, Daigle
fell short of the overzealous expectations attributed to him. This 1990's
CCM Alexandre Daigle jersey is an excellent representation from the
Senators' early years. Tagged with Maska Air-knit and size 54 in the collar,
this jersey is exactly like Daigle wore during his stint in Ottawa. The
jersey shows no game use.
