The Boston Red Sox fabled home, Fenway Park, was opened in 1912, and was remodeled in 1934, as these two architectural blue prints from Osborn Engineering and dating to 1933 attest. Both sheets are precise beauties, elegantly drawn, and far outshine their black and silver frames, which are a bit beaten up. The black framed blue print offers “Fenway Park additions - Roof and Roof Framing Plan Exist Grandstand,” and is last “revised 7-2-34,” while the silver offers a “Fenway Park Addition - Pavilion Deck & Strut Framing & Col. Schedule,” and is last “revised 11-14-33.” Both are EX, matted, and measure 3 ft. x 2 ft. in their slightly larger frames.
