Considered one of the finest players ever to take the field at third base, Hall of Famer George Brett was a 80's-era baseball icon. Offered is the XFG 1-H glove he used early on in his career when he was considered to be just an above average fielder with numerous holes in his swing. Few would have guessed his determination would take him to heights that would rival marks set by the geat Ted Williams. The soft, supple leather owns a well worn "Rawlings" red patch and is written with his number "5" on the thumb as well as "Brett" on pinky in faded blue sharpie. Truly one of the nicest gloves we have come across to date.
