One of the classic images of Teddy shows this powerful man dapper in very New York suitcoat, stunning watch fob, and trademark monocle. Most importantly, it is signed in the clean white border, "With Regards of Theodore Roosevelt November 24th 1902." This was signed about a year after the assassination of President McKinley and the thrusting of T.R. into the office he mastered.
