In what was the final game of John Elway's illustrious HOF career, the man known best for his countless and incredible comebacks, passed for 336 yards and ran for a touchdown to earn most valuable player honors. His performance that night solidified the Broncos place in history as they became the first AFC team to win consecutive Super Bowls since the Steelers won XIII and XIV. Offered is a one-of-a-kind prototype originally created by Jostens and intended for production following the Broncos victory. The tremendous 14 karat gold ring weighs 3.7 oz. (nearly a 1/4 pound of gold) and is covered with no less than 4 karats (total weight) in real diamonds. The face has two team logos side by side filled with those sparkling stones and "Broncos"/ "World Champions" above and below in raised text. Included is the original cherry wood presentational box with Broncos gold logo disc affixed to the top, while the inner portion is lined in plush blue velvet. Additionally, the engraved gold plaque inside reads, "Super Bowl XXXIII", "Broncos", and "Presented To Pat Bowlen" though this was never presented as the ring was refined a bit for the final version. Size 11 ring is Near Mint.
