Another fine trophy piece acquired during Jesse Haines' Hall of Fame career was this game used Spalding ONL (Heydler) baseball, signed by six of the day's top umpires. Most likely inked during the 1931 World Series, it is highlighted by the black fountain pen autograph left by W.J. Klem, generally regarded as the greatest umpire in the history of baseball (6.5/10). Included are those of his peers Bill Dineen, Geo. Moriarty, Clarence Rowland, and Hank O'Day and one other. Overall the group grades as 5/10 on a ball that is evenly toned and EX.
