Standard autograph book (4 x 5") containing over 120 signatures from the 1929-1932 era here, including Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. Most are in ink; some are in pencil. Here are some of the highlights: John J. Evers alone on a page, in pencil, from 1929; three pages with 25 members of the 1930 Boston Braves in black fountain pen, with McKechnie, Sisler, Maranville and Grimes; six Giants on a page, in black ink, including Hubbell and "Melvin Ott" (10/10, a Killer Sig); Mickey Cochrane alone on a page; 15 members of the 1931 Boston Red Sox on one page in ink; Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig together on a page, in fountain pen. Ruth is an 8.5/10, and Gehrig is a 7/10. The possibilities are endless of what could be done with this page. All of the autographs were obtained in Boston at the two ballparks. Condition of the book itself is VGEX, with normal handling wear from the seventy-plus years of showing this baby off.
