In 1967, UCLA (ranked #1) and cross-town rival USC (ranked #2) hooked up, with the winner getting to go to the Rose Bowl and a chance to play for the national championship. The game featured UCLA's star QB Gary Beban and USC's star O. F. Simpson. Beban threw for 301yards but the Juice ran for a 64 yard touchdown that gave USC a 21-20 win. In the Rose Bowl OJ led the Trojans past Indiana 14-3 to capture the national championship. Face of watch says "Rose Bowl 1968" And has the USC logo below it. Reverse is inscribed "Dan Robinson President Trojan Club National Champions USC vs. Indiana." EX-MT.
