He had to wait three seasons before becoming the Seminole’s starting quarterback. But as a junior, Charlie Ward showed everyone it was worth the wait as he helped lead Florida State University to the national spotlight. By leading his Talahassee school to its first national championship, he became one of the most heralded NCAA college football players ever. No surprise then that he was honored with the 1993 Heisman Trophy as well as being given the Winners Ring just like this one. The only difference between the rings is that this one has Faux diamonds and his has real ones. As if winning the 1993 National Championship wasn’t enough, Charlie Ward amazed FSU by being a two-sport superstar. He played point guard for FSU and later was selected in the 1st round by the New York Knicks! He built an impressive charitable record outside of the arena as well. Right in the center of this this solid 10 karat gold ring is a raised image of the Heisman Trophy, surrounded by twenty two sparkling stones along with the words “Heisman Memorial Trophy.” One side shank says “Ward Florida State 1993,” the other shank has the raised image and words of the Downtown Athletic Club of New York, Founded 1928. Condition is NRMT. Inside this size 11 ring by Herf-Jones is the stamp “HJ10K.” And the winner of this flashy Charlie Ward 1993 Heisman Trophy ring is....you!
