Early '60s Mickey Mantle bobblehead doll -- a favorite item at Yankee Stadium concession stands and across the street at Manny's Baseball Land -- is 7" tall (appropriately) and depicts a curiously red-haired Mick holding a bat at his side, his oversized head skewed to the right no doubt by endless twistings by its owner and his nasty little sister. Figure has the "NY" logo on his chest and cap and stands on a base with a facsimile Mantle signature in black script against a yellow splash. G-VG w/ a 1/2" chunk of Mick's head missing on the back, unseen from front, and a chip here and there. But then, didn't Mantle have a chip here and there?
