The Space Race an informal competition between the United States and the Soviet Union lasted roughly from 1957 to 1975. It involved a race between countries to explore outer space and included launching satellites and trying to become the 1st to land humans on other planets. Topps produced an 88 card set of cards highlighting what became a national obsession for both countries. Topps Artist created images of Space travel from aliens to images of planets seen through the eyes of astronauts. This complete set averages EX to EX-MT condition with a few better/lesser.
