The A's 1Bman and captain, Harry Davis, was overshadowed by Home Run Baker and Eddie Collins, yet was indispensible to Connie Mack's legendary A's teams in the 1910s, as in one stretch leading the AL in HRs 4 years in a row -- a feat matched only by Babe Ruth, Ralph Kiner and Baker.
