Another truly beautiful insert issue from Topps was the '69 Decals. These brightly colored little items bear a close resemblance to the regular issue cards of the players shown. This is in spectacular condition, with 15 decals graded PSA 10, 32 decals graded PSA 9, and 1 graded PSA 8.
