Minor league ball has its own traditions. This complete ticket is from opening night for the 1951 Scranton Red Sox, which took place on April 25, 1951 vs. the Wilkes-Barre Indians. The top of the ticket is shaped like a catcher's mitt while the bottom part is shaped like a baseball and has an official ballot for the "King of the Fans" contest.
