One of the most unique Ted Williams pieces that we have handled. In 1989, Ted and son John Henry met with a real estate agent about buying a piece of property. Ted made notes on the offered sheet of 8x5" paper, after which he signed his name in bold (10/10) blue Sharpie marker. John Henry, having remarked that he could duplicate his father's signature, then picked up the sheet and made two equally bold (10/10) attempts at Ted's autograph. The younger Williams should have had a bit more practice before making such a claim, as even the most casual observer will be able to distinguish between the two signatures. Near Mint (NM) condition overall, save for two very light fold lines, and a fascinating display piece to say the least.
