Non-official baseball was signed by Jackie Robinson in 1938, when he was the nation’s top college punt returner. Vintage early signature penned 9 years before he would break baseball’s color line is joined by 14 of his UCLA college baseball teammates. Robinson’s blue ink signature reads, “Jack Robinson” to which he has added, “1938 Champs.” Ball with a couple large brown spots on two panels (Robinson’s signature is unaffected - grading “8” out of a possible 10). Ball is VG overall.
