Louisville 1996 New York Yankees black bat is stamped with 40 facsimile signatures or block letter names of the World Champion squad that defeated the defending Champion Atlanta Braves to bring home the 23rd World Championship title with new skipper, Joe Torre, whose signature is also stamped onto the bat along with O’Neill, Jeter, Strawberry, Rivera, Pettite, B. Williams, Cone, Boggs, & more. One of the more rare pieces of modern baseball memorabilia, these black bats are no longer produced and it is the later years that are more scarce.
