One of the most popular aspects of the Monty Python phenomenon, were their incredibly successful and hilarious record albums. Offered are Python founder Graham Chapman's personal scripts for "Monty Python's Flying Circus" (the Python's first album, featuring "The Lumberjack Song"); "The First Side of Monty Python's Second Record"; "The Second Side of Monty Python's Second Record"; and "Monty Python's Contractual Obligation Album." The scripts exhibit some handwritten notations, including a note signed "John", undoubtedly written by John Cleese. The scripts are accompanied by an original Arista Records 8 x 10 inch promo photograph of Monty Python. In overall Excellent condition, with three of the scripts lacking their original brass fastener.
