Rarely does Japanese equipment make it out of the organization let alone make it all the was to the States. That is why we are proud to offer the outstanding collection from the Yomiuri Giants. The Japanese equivalent of the New York Yankees, they have won more games, pennants and Japan Series championships than any other team in league history. Their players, a virtual national all-star team, are the finest talents the Far East has to offer. Presented are thirteen “American Baseball Cap” helmets of various styles direct from their dugout. Twelve of the thirteen were heavily used during batting practice and are burgundy in color with white embroidered “YG” logos attached to their fronts and white letter, “L’, “M”, or “O” stickers under the visor, three of those are earlier designs without ear protectors. The last is a game used black helmet from the late seventies has an orange “YG” logo and dased on its style could have possibly been used by Home Run King, Sadaharu Oh. It boasts extensive game use evident on both the inner and outer surface and headband. The black vinyl bat bag from “Tamazawa” displays strong use as well with multiple scuffs and field markings. Finally from their championship season of 2002 is this attractive stainless steel solar powered watch from Citizen. Still in its original display box. Mint.
