This faithful jersey came right off the back of one of the most vicious hitters in the NFL today, Mo Lewis. The New York Jets linebacker is responsible for putting many opposing players on the DL - he is one of the most feared tacklers in the league. One look at this shirt and you will see why. Riddled with scrapes and team repairs from points of contact made on the gridiron, and parts of the numbers torn off from opposing players’ helmets, the jersey looks to have been through more than a few battles with the Jets ’94 MVP linebacker. White road jersey with his number “57” on the front, back and sleeves. “Lewis” between the shoulder blades. Champion logo embroidered on both sleeves. Official NFL logo patch embroidered onto the front of the neckline and on the front left shoulder is the 75th Anniversary patch. Tagging on the front tail is “Champion [size] 48” with an Exclusive 1994 Jets tag to the left. The jersey’s authenticity is unquestionable, as it comes with photo documentation. Mo Lewis can be seen wearing this very jersey on the cover of the 1995 New York Jets yearbook. Remarkably the visible points of wear on the jersey match up exactly with the photo!
