New York Area Emmy Award presented for Outstanding Graphics to Milo Hess, and Don Duncan for Is Baby Worth It? which aired on CBS in May 1987. The goddess of television stands proud with breast thrust forward and wings pinned back in a resplendent pose (overall 16” tall). She holds the satellite of the world, a symbol for the highest award in broadcasting. Standing on a gold base of heavy thick metal, emblazoned is, “The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences”. Award has the original plaque which identifies the winners and the year.
