This is the most important award of Bill Sharman's glorious Hall of Fame basketball career, both as a player and as a coach. Teammed up with Bob Cousy on the Boston Celtics, Sharman formed the second part to the most formidable backcourt duo in the NBA, claiming a total of 4 Championships. He went on to become the first coach to win Championships in 3 different pro leagues. His legacy has insured his place in the annals of the NBA as an immortal and awesome influence. Offered here is Bill Sharman's first Championship Ring from the 1956-57 season. A most important piece of basketball history, the ring is adorned with diamond stud on the top (chipped, but easily replaced) surrounded by the words, "World Champions". Right and left shanks bear identical designs with "1957" and "Celtics" on raised lettering. Set in a gorgeous display along with a 1956-57 Boston Celtics yearbook, signed in black sharpie by Sharman and a 1957 autographed (at reunion) team photo of the Boston Celtics. Photo shows 11 players and is blue sharpie signed including Bill Russell, Bob Cousy & Bill Sharman. Display measures 28x41". Signatures are all Mint. 1957 Championship ring came directly from Bill Sharman.
